A Little Bit About Me

Hello!

As a busy mom, a cancer survivor and now (recently diagnosed) ADHD-er, I know firsthand how important it is to find balance in life to live life your way (and how HARD that can actually be!). My goal is to live a balanced life of wellness and intention and here is where I share my experience and learnings with you along the way in hopes it benefits others like me.

 

I am passionate about helping people achieve a balance in life that promotes optimal health and well-being. My approach is centered around the belief that health is not just the absence of illness but how to be intentional and proactive to work with our bodies, including lowering toxins and the balance of physical, emotional, and mental well-being. All of these work together and need attention from us for improved wellness. 

 

Here is where I'll share my post-cancer journey as a busy mom (and ADHD-er) in hopes you'll benefit from my journey and learnings to apply in your own life so you can be more intensional in your life, creating the wellness balance that is right for you, to live a full-filled live that you love.

 

Here you'll learn how to build systems to lower stress, decrease toxins to optimize your health, and create brain space to slow the speed of life to enjoy it vs. rushing through it. It's time to live the life you've dreamed of (and can REMEMBER) instead of living life as a blur! 

 

As a busy mom, it's easy to feel like I have to rush all over all the time, taking me out of the 'moment' to enjoy my kids. Whether you’re a cancer survivor looking to manage stress, a busy working mom or just looking to live a more balanced life, I'm here to support you and build a community that can all support each other.
